I was prescribed 15 mg of Valium that I have to take 1 hour before the appointment. How will that specific dosage make me feel??

The novicaine didn't work. So they couldn't do it yesterday. I have to take Cipro first.

In addition to all of the answers that you have gotten already I wanted to suggest making sure that you have reliable transportation to and from the dentist's office (preferably a family member or close friend). With that dosage of valium it could be dangerous if you tried to drive yourself. Good luck! You should be in no pain tomorrow!

It will relax you enough to take the edge off, if you're nervous. It is a muscle relaxer and will give you a sense of well being under the most stressful of times. Definately take it. It might also help with pain relief afterwards.

it will make u feel better..u will be more relaxed as it is a muscle relaxant.. and so enjoy ur visit to ur dentist dear. in addition to its muscle relaxing effect it will help u to have less post-operative pain and will give ur dentist better conditions and atmosphere to work calmly.......................so ENJOY
