He likes me, and I like him, but he's popular and has a LOT of friends. He uses "I love you" REALLY loosely. I know it's something I have to put up with, but how can I even put up with it psychologically? It's so annoying.

something you need to accept,,or talk to him.is mature enough to talk to,or is the type that don't care or just try to fit in? does he act like that when you'll are alone or just around other people?lots of people act differently when they hang with a crowed.
just talk to him and ask whats up with your situation.

I'm thinking if he has a lot of female attention and not returning the attention then its cool Every one says I love you , you learn to believe that through their actions and the way they treat you otherwise I love you is as meaningful as I have to go to the bathroom

He does not "love" you, sweetie......you are living in a fantasy world. Probably all of those girls think they are his "girlfriend". Forget it.....it ain't workin' and never will. Move on and stop whining about something that does not exist.
