try giving yourself a treat, like shopping or eating one of your favorite foods or at a restuarnt. or, just try hanging out with your friends or go to a movie.

Lots. Herbal teas are fantastic. A good herbal, along with a good book is very relaxing.
Go to your health food store. Some have some wonderful alternatives. Hot Norfolk Punch, or Martinelli's sparkling cider are wonderful beverages, and Martinelli's isn't that expensive.

playing a game that requires exercise usually tires you. then ie would be easier to relax. plus the game (i.e soccer or b-ball) will take you mind off of work.
