scriptureman says:
2Co 12:2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such a one caught up to the third heaven.

you would have to defie what you mean by heaven. Obviously, heaven is considered a firmament, ie the sky
yet in a spiritual sense there are 2. The Bible talks about a new heaven that will be one day created. Also, the Bible mentions a type of heaven known "absent in the body is to be present with the Lord" hope that helps.

Well, if you are referencing "seventh heaven" then that would be the ultimate "heaven" so there must be seven levels of heaven. I am just speculating here, but some guy just asked about seeing a rainbow flag and I answered it saying it was the "light". I guess if:
Chris is the light
the kingdom of heaven is within you (from the bible)
Christ in you, the hope of glory (from the bible)
Christ is in you and heaven is in you => Christ=heaven
Christ=light=rainbow colors=seven colors=heaven=seven heavens.
Seven levels of en'light'enment=seventh heaven
wow, that was weird

Only one that matters to us mortals, because the Holy Bible says that you don't have an immortal soul unless Christ gives it to you. Eternal torment in Hell is a concept of many pagan religions and the true punishment for denying Christ is eternal death. In the Bible Hell is translated from the Greek Hades, and the Hebrew Sheol, both of which refer to the grave or Gehenna. Gehenna is a valley that was used as a trash dump where fires burned to keep disease and vermin down, and the bodies of criminals where burned there. When Christ returns the dead are resurrected (why would this happen if we were already in our "mansions" ye hypocrites!) and the Earth is remade to be free from sin. The lake of fire kills those who refuse God in order to purify the Earth so God the Father can reign over His kingdom. Do not be deceived.

according to the book of enoch, and which is the basis for dante's inferno, there are seven heavens. however christian theologians consider there to be onlhy one since the book of enoch is not an accepted book of the biblical canon.
