if you are from the uk then it is not statutory rape, the age of consent is 16. but in the US it is different: .............
..........................................................
What is Statutory Rape?
It’s a crime committed when an adult has sexual intercourse with a minor. Who is a minor? Anyone under the age of 18, (or 16; check this list and the current laws in your state.)
What can happen if an adult has sex with a minor? Even if he is your boyfriend? If reported, that person may be arrested, tried in a court of law, and sent to jail. What happens if the sex is consensual and one is a minor? Even if they both agree to have sex, it is still statutory rape.

Actually considering your underage they can get her introuble because she is of age. It doesn't matter weither she is a female or male either or it's still considered it. I know you don't consider it but if your parents really want to get her into trouble they could but honestly I believe they will have to have proof that yall are doing sexual things. If they can't get proof for all they know yall are just best friends which there is nothing wrong with that. I'm 17 yrs old and most all of my friends are in there 20's or older because I'm homeschooled. Hope this helps you some.

Well, here's a small piece of info, not too helpful, but nonetheless, helpful.
It is not spelled stachatory. It is spelled statuatory.

It would depend on what state your in.
Sorry, I'm with your parents.
The 19 year old should never have touched you!
You are at a vulnerable age and impressionable. You were easy pickings for this girl to abuse you, and statutory rape is definitely abuse. She would have made you think you were beautiful and what you did was beautiful, because she knew how to get to you emotionally. She is deserving of strong punishment.
You and your parents should go to counseling to help you understand why this is wrong and a crime.
Your parents love you and they are protecting you. Allow them to. What would you do if someone abused them? Right. Now go hug your parents, and tell them you trust them to do what is right.

In most states what you're doing is legal because of "peerage protection." In many states the age of consent is set at 16 anyway.
