I was curious what religion believes that there are 12 Apostle's and 1 Prophet currently roaming the earth.
If you know who they are can you hook me up with a website that is put out by the religion?

The Mormon church believes that the Church that Jesus Christ formed was reestablished here on the earth. It has a prophet, apostles, and the LDS church members believe that the church today is still run by Jesus Christ himself (because it is his church).

The fact that God sent prophets to us in at certain point in time to write the scriptures does not necessarily mean that we have prophets right now. Even during Old Testament times, Israel did not have a new prophet every day. There was actually a 400 year gap between the the last prophet of the Old Testament, and the coming of John the Baptist, for example. Just because God promised to send us prophets (and he did, for the prophets wrote the Bible) does not mean that God guarantees that every generation will have its own living prophet. You read too much into the passage, I think, in order to see what you want to see.

"The Church of Jesus Christ of (the) Latter Day Saints"/Mormons.

The current "Prophet, Seer and Revelator" has two 'First Counselors' ('Counsellors', in the Queen's English!), but is normally succeeded by the President of the "Council of the 12 Apostles".
{Any Council is summoned to give 'counsel', by the way. But leaders can have counsellors who are not 'Councillors' - review the history of most bad leaders!!}

Try the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We believe that there is a living prophet on the earth today.
