You mean, prenatal vitamins? No, it wouldn't hurt you. There are no hormones or anything in them that would do anything to you. They're just extra strength vitamins. Don't take handfuls of them, but one a day isn't going to harm you.

Prenatals would be exactly like multivitamins except maybe a bit more iron unless you are taking stuart natal duets (low iron) and fish oils too! So they would actually be good for you. Only downside is if you take the regular prenatals with high iron content, you may get constipated and therefore pretty much be full of sh*t!

I don't think it would do much BUT at like GNC you can get a pill called Biotin-it says on bottle it promotes healthy growth of hair, skin, and nails--I take it every day cuz I'm a female hairdresser that wants more hair!!

They are just vitamins, they don't contain estrogen or anything that is unique to the female body. I suggest you take a regular multi vitamin that is meant for men. It will also have vitamins that will help your hair, but it will have essential vitamins just for you.

it can eventually, yes. there is too much iron in prenatal pills for a for a person who is not pregnant. you can overdose your system on it if you take them every day. every other day is much safer.
