Would anyone be familiar with--- Julie Fast,---and her Health Card Treatment System.---Does it work and help as the indorsments claim.I would be interested in your opionion if you know anyone who used this sytem or you did yourself.Also would it be appropiate to give this system to someone with bipolar disorder without asking them first,as a gift from a friend..Thanks

Her book "Loving someone with bipolar disorder" was a little cheesy, IMHO. I don't know what her Health Card system is about, so I can't comment, but I found the Bipolar Disorder Survival Guide to be a much better book with much more practical advice. Amazon link below. (No axe to grind on this - I'm just another bipolar).
