Read the bible for yourself. Quit listening to what everyone else is telling you and talk to God on your own. You don't need a priest to talk to God. And if most Christians seem to be hypocrites, it's because they are. They believe they are better than anyone else, that they cannot sin because they are born again. However, that is just not so. It is a lie. You are not born again until the second coming of Christ. Which hasn't happened yet, obviously. Every "Christian" church I know of is just an offshoot of the Catholic Church, which is just a form of Government. Go into a Catholic Church and aside for all the Idolatry and pagan rituals, look around and you get the feeling that God really loves gold. Read the bible and you know that that is not the case. I know you've heard this quote before: "The love of money is the root of all evil." The only thing the Catholic Church and similar churches care about is money, they do not have God in their hearts. You get upset if anyone says something against God because you know God. You know Christ, and you know that he is good and he loves you. Christ died for all our sins, not just the people that believe in him. Believing in Christ doesn't get you saved. Satan believes in Christ, he was there and met Him, mocked Him and tempted Him, but he is not saved. But what does it mean to be saved? That you won't "go to Hell." Christ says that to only way to life after death is through him. But the Churches profess that to be saved you must believe in Christ and go to church on Sunday. However, the Holy Bible tells us that God created the Earth in six days and rested on the seventh, and that we too should do the same. Rest on the Sabbath and keep it holy. Many will come and say "I am God" or "I am Christ" but do not be deceived. Do you think the Devil would fool many people if they knew who he was. He'd have much better luck deceiving humanity if he said he was God, or of God. You don't need to go to a building to worship God, you don't need walls of wood or stone to talk to God. The kingdom of Heaven is in you. And when we die, we don't go to a place of white clouds and pearly gates, we sleep. Christ comes back to remake the earth. To defeat Satan and sin and to remake the Earth as his New Kingdom. To answer your question in its entirety all this is happening because the End Times began when Christ died and was resurrected. If you read Revelations, it tells us that the whole word is deceived, and that many Churches appear and claim to be of God, but are really just deceived by the lies of Lucifer. Also, remember when you hear people claim to know when Christ will return, that only God the father knows the day, the Angels in heaven, and even the Devil do not know the hour.

May God bless you and protect you and yours.

If you get upset when someone says anything against God, that is a good sign. I would say that you need some time to breathe again because the air got stuffy. Your heart is going to be searching until it finds what it needs, and it appears that you have found something that is not needed. Don’t worry about it, as you will be guided to what you need. Once you start, there is no turning back, because back isn’t there anymore. There are many false things out there, but we learn how to distinguish between the real and unreal.

I think you expect perfection from everyone and are extremely disappointed if you don't get it. They aren't perfect and neither are you.

You say that the folks at church as well as your family either talk bad about you or hate you outright .... can you tell me what is the common denominator in all this? Yeah, you. Perhaps you should care a little less of what others think and do things God's way rather than your own.

So, you see the wrongs of others and then choose to join them in the wrong by giving up on living right and knowing God? I don't understand. Are you saying it's okay to live wrong because everyone else is?

Seek God. Live as the person He intended you to be. You can't live your life based on the actions of others. What counts most is your relationship with God and your life. Judging people on their slanders, grudges, and prejudices is God's job, not ours.

Because you can have a personal relationship with God without a church or a religion. Obviously, you still have one. Hold onto it and don't let anyone involved in church or mass religion tell you otherwise. Good for you!

EDIT: I'm sorry to hear about your family. You just keep growing UPWARDS...don't let them bring you down. Who knows, maybe you'll teach them a thing or two and enlighten them perhaps? Either way, they'll get over it.

It is the nature of people and I don't mean just Christin people. Everyone Is like that some are good some are bad. You just have to pick your friends carefully weather in or out of Church. And don't blame them for your choice of faith. But I am an Atheist so what would I know about faith. God bless kisses Betty.

God uses a crisis in our life so that we may begin the process of living for him. This is accompanied usually by belonging to a church. As time goes by God uses other crisises in our life so that we might continue the search of truth. The invisible church can be found inside of the visible church. A professor friend of mine told me that he continues to attend church because the visible church is a very big mission field.

because you don't have to go to church to know God, many of us are strong enough to know the creator with out the need of materialistic idealogy protrayed by the Church , organised relgion is a creation to help the weak in there life to give them hope , God expects his children to rise above this however and learn to know him in their own individual way

Also God is never the problem is the facists , half-brained red necks who call them selves christians when they don't even come close , these people deserve to be looked down upon as they choose to pass judgement on others so they must be judged.

because you know that God is the Lord and Savior of your life. I am so sorry that this has happened to you but you cant give up! have Faith and God will take care of it! People mess up, Christians are as bad as anyone else. But please dont blame God for this. He loves you so much. You have to let Him take care of these people. Have you ever considered that maybe the devil is using these people in your life to try to get you to turn away from Christ? dont let him win! people are so hypocritical and rude and i am so sorry that people have hurt you but really...try to stay faithful! Pray about it.

Because you are seeking the truth with your heart. Bless you. I havent gone to church in almost a year, but I spend alot (possibly more) quality time with G-d.

Its nice to get away from the politics and back to the basics. I completely encourage you to take a break, but make sure there are still believers you can talk to.

Blessings, email me anytime
