No one can sell a soul because it isn't yours, it belongs to the universe. Sins don't exist either. It's called "human nature."

No you cannot sell someone else's soul. It is not a sin to use the name of the Lord if you do so with respect, just like it is not a sin to use your mother or father's name if you do so with respect. I'm a little curious as to what you want to "do to the devil" though. You might want to walk away from that one, it is not a nice entity at all and is definitely bent on your destruction.

Religiously yes it would be a sin to "sell" someone elses soul. But can you sell a soul? Is there biblical information to suggest that souls can be owned and sold in the first place? it may be like trying to sell someone elses home. You don't own it and the buyer loses out on both their money and the home.
That's one point of view and here's my own. Souls do not exist in the first place. The end.
