Try this site: http://www.uptoten.com/enfants/boowakwala-navigation-gamesindex.html. I've never heard any of these songs in all my years as a francophone, but some are really very simple, and you do hear them sung (although it looks as though you'll have to transcribe the lyrics yourself).
This page lists several Web sites where you're sure to find lots of material: http://www.caslt.org/research/musicf.htm. Look under "Chansons, ballades et comptines pour enfants."

i'd say, kamini : "marly gomont", it's very famous in France, however, it's a little bit fast but funny . There's also lorie, but many french despise her songs, nevertheless it's easy to understand. The most famous song in france this week is sung by yannick noah : "aux arbres citoyens" : he uses a well-known sentence of our hymn (la marseillaise) in order to encourage people to fight against pollution and the destruction of the drills, and thus to save the planet. the last one is my favourite ^^
