For my wedding, I found a template online for a wedding program (which was free) and made my own. Then I took it to Kinko's & printed it on nice paper. It turned out beautiful & saved me a lot of money.
Tuxes are pretty reasonable to rent and very nice at Men's Warehouse.

A telephone and phone book will get you all this information. Start calling around for quotes and prices. Even if you get information from someone online, there might be better deals to be had. It'll pay to do this.
