Ok, this may seen weird but....I have a major crush on my neighbor. We have known eachother since we were 2-3 years old. I really like him, but I don't know if he really likes me. Should I tell him how I feel? Do I ask him how he feels about me? I need to know! Give me answers!

Does he have any signs that he likes you? You always have to keep in mind that if you do date then things do not work out, you may lose a friendship. That always sucks.

If you feel that you really really want to know then come straight out and be honest with him. You never know he might really like you for all this time but is trying to find the right time to say something. Maybe you could drop little hints to him if you don't feel comfortable telling him about it. Good luck!!

just talk to him and get to know him. Look into signs if he likes u like does he stare at u or does act strange around u. good luck

tell him how you feel, in a fun and flirty way, like text him while your with him and say "i like you" and see his reaction. theres nothing to lose so go for it!! good luck, and hope i helped!!
