this could be because of shaving the arm pit area. The skin needs to be 'shed' try waxing instead. Im not to sure about bleaching though.

I had the same problem, i started waxing or using that nair lotion that wipes away ur hair instead of shaving and about a month and a half later i had clear pits

Its because the skin gets squished up (tightened up) from being squished togather while your arm is down, its hard for me to explain, my husbands armpits do that alot, im hopen this helps even tho i had trouble explaining. so from what i know theres really not alot to do about it

If this is after shaving them you can use a saliycic acid cleanser like neutrogena soap and then scrub it with a scrub that also contains saliycic acid. and then shave it should be lighter
