The protection what we understand in its mundane sense is to keep the life going in a protected form, but God's way of protecting the soul is to liberate it from the cycle of birth. Attachment with the mundane world ensures rebirth, where as knowledge of the ultimate Truth by God's grace helps in liberation from the cycle of rebirth. God never fails in protecting his devotees.

So what exactly are you looking for?
The martyrs? How were they not protected? From physical harm? But the body isn't the part that we are to worry about now, is it? These willingly gave up their lives as examples to others. The protection was for their souls. Many who were martyred apparently felt no pain, and were thus protected as well. I'm not sure what you really mean.

BTW, I'm not a Christian, but I assume you are talking about the Christian God.

God does not interfere.

She lets things happen however they happen.

The idea that something needs to be protected requires that some situation be judged. Contrary to the popular fiction about God, He/She never judges anything.

Sorry about the wrong information you have been given about GOD!

Perhaps is you will study the Scriptures, you will find that God never has failed anyone!

(Hebrews 13:5) Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: = = for He hath said, = = I will never leave thee, = = nor forsake thee.

There is no need to protect his messengers. If they die they simply rejoin him.
