I was your typical naïve college girl until I had a rude awakening one night a couple of years ago. I used to work at a cute antique consignment shop until it was robbed by a couple of Mexicans. First, these 2 guys did a smash and grab on the display cases. Then they threatened me with their baseball bats to open the cash register. After they took the jewelry and cash they bound and gagged me even though I did nothing to stop them from robbing the place. It was the most terrifying thing to happen to me. The most chilling thing was how casual they did this as if viciously robbing a person was like getting groceries. Some of these people coming over here are some of the most ruthless criminals in the world. Anyways, they got caught but they were only deported back to Mexico so I’m sure they’re back here somewhere. I quit my job at the antique shop shortly afterwards…better to be safe than sorry.
BTW, I'm half Hispanic so please don't say that I'm racist!!

You have to understand that our own government has sold us out. The things that made America great, such as Language, Borders, and Culture, are quickly becoming a thing of the past. Bush and for that matter no one else in our government actually cares if millions of illigal immigrants come swarming over the border, because that means lower wages and higher profits for the billion dollar corporations. Because that is what America is, to the powers that be, corporations not people. And the people that support these immigrants are brainwashed weak minded liberals who are influenced and told what to believe by the far left evil media who are funded by these corporations that hire the immigrants! What a country huh! The only answer to this is for the majority of real America to take a stand and start rallys even a million man march just like the minoritys do! But I doubt that will happen. As for me Im moving to Ireland a place that still has its heart!

They are not ABOVE THE LAW! They're doing what THEY THINK is right(even though it isn't seen that way by most of us)since all they're doing is to try to come here for a better life. If you guys are so hellbent on making sure that people come in here by the proper channels, then maybe you should stop being ignorant about what the root of the real problem is. The system in place for people to become a legal citizen NEEDS TO BE CHANGED! Lighten up with the red tape that was added during the Reagan administration back in '86 and not require prospective immigrants to pay excessive fees just to generate the paperwork to get through.

they are above the law ...because We Americans, let them be.
If we stopped it, the problem would come to an end.
We must close down the border (in my mind a big wall is not any really smart answer)
We must change what's going on with large employers and then work down to the smaller biz folks. In my opinion, folks that cut lawns, dig ditches, make beds, clean the poopers etc. could certainly stay and have at it. But they would need to pay taxes, be insured if driving, be LEGAL (registered) and not have their families here if they were not part of a work program. I also would put at least a temporary hold on the anchor baby thang for Mexicans specifically. Until we got a handle on what the haps is here and what is really going on. Then we can open things up again. I have no problem withy legal immigration for all and anybody who meets the current requirements.
Only when Americans stand up to the BS that our government is feeding us on this issue will things change ...maybe.
It is quite possible that our corrupt American government is so bought and sold to groups like large manufacturors, groups like LaRaza and Mecha and other racist oriented promoters of Hispanics that there is no chance of a change. If this is the case, I predict there will be a smallish group of Americans who will fight to the death on this issue, many more who will effect underground warefare on the government and then and even larger group who will go for the jugular by legal means.
It will be a messy deal and the longer this goes on, the worse the end will be and the more likely America will lose and be no more.
Truly, as you have pointed out, Americans are second class citizens in their own country, held to a higher stand of justice than illegal criminals who come here to exploit us.
What to do? I have to say, I am fascinated to find out. It's really quite exciting and will make for interesting conversation around the soup kitchens and salvation armies of the future, for the majority of Americans.

I don't think it works that way. If they get pulled over and don't have a driver's license, they get their cars taken away from them, which is very expensive, especially considering that they may have two or three minimum wage jobs to pay for it (and are possibly sharing the car with other people).
It doesn't seem to me that they are above the law. Also, I think that most of them have insurance. I don't know the statistics on that, but, if I were an illegal alien, it seems like I would want to have insurance and be legally registered if I wanted any CHANCE that the cops would let me go for not having a driver's license.
For those that drink and drive, I have never heard of any preferential treatment towards them. They go to jail just like everyone else.
As far as supporting them, I don't support illegal behavior, but since there is no reasonable guest worker program in place and since they cannot come over legally (and also because if I were in their position, I would do anything I could better my situation for my family and myself), I don't judge them as individuals.
Instead, I judge the fact that the current immigration policy does not seem to allow for unskilled labor programs that would allow them to come over legally. I also judge the fact that instead of finding solutions to the problems, most people I know simply judge them and it creates an environment for hate. If most of the people who complained started trying to find feasible solutions, I might actually take them seriously.
Among illegal aliens, just as it is among U.S. citizens, there are good people and there are bad people. There are people who are trying to get away with stuff, and there are people whose sole crime is trying to create a better life for their family.
It seems that there is a lot of judgment towards people, but not a lot of judgment towards the immigration policies that have not changed much since the 1800s. Our attention might be better placed in identifying the problems (as opposed to the symptoms) and developing solutions.

Left wing losers, please.........do us all a want and STFU. you're not in any respect truthful at the same time as it includes what illegals are costing this usa. You damage the regulations of the land, you do not belong right here. Any moron can fill out workplace artwork. we do not choose a "dream act" we choose illegals to get out a pen and be to blame for themselves. in case you "stay in the shadows" its your own rattling fault because you both are too lazy to fill out the varieties or you want to thieve from this usa. it isn't "hate" its about who "benefits" to go back to united statesa.. So do we enable in the right regulation abiding human beings whom keep on with the technique ? Or do we enable in each and every scum bag that sneaks for the time of the border ? widespread liberal F**Ks have continuously whined about republicans hating on regulation breakers. Piss off because i'm no longer going to appologize for doing issues the right way, for keeping the criteria and searching ahead to others to do an same. What if human beings purely wanting to no longer pay taxes in some unspecified time sooner or later ? What if we purely wanting to act like Democrat cry little ones and occupy each and every innovative function with no longer so organic intensions (as they have) ? There might want to be chaos in the streets if someone did not save the criteria. Its the "lack of criteria" from Democrats that deliver about the non-public loan disaster. after all it change into the left wing that demanded poor human beings be put in residences they couldn't manage to pay for. Obama is a mendacity prick, his wish and adjust isn't something yet a promise to socialise united statesa., he wastes our tax payer funds through interferring with the loose markets, attacks agencies providing products and amenities for united statesa. and has been an utter failure. And in case you are able to not admit that, your both stupid or brainwashed .....take your %..

They aren't above my law. I will tell you this. There is this guy that "I" know really well. hint hint (maybe me) (maybe not), anyways. When he sees illegal aliens like at home depot or other places standing around looking for TRABAJO hahah....he says oh yeah i got the trabajo for you. get in the back of my truck. Then he drives down this long dirt road in the middle of the woods and stops. Tells them to get out and beats the S H I T out of them with a baseball bat. That guy is crazy. HAHA!!! His little way of saying hey guys...um...maybe you should go home. ;)
EDIT: Hey Sue. um we don't need any damn guest worker programs. America is for AMERICANS. There are plenty of people that need work that are citizens of this country. They need to lock the borders down and give the Border patrol the authority to shoot "ANYONE OR ANYTHING" trying to come across our border. And I mean shoot to KILL.

Good God Almighty, it must be a plan from above. Can't you see it? As Moses led the "chosen people" from Egypt to the promised land, Mexican Bandito has led his to the land of milk and honey. Yes I know, Moses did not live to see the promised land. Nevertheless, I believe this crusade was engineered from above. God has seen fit to allow The Illegals to remain untouched. After all why should they be burdened with the laws mortals have to follow? "I have seen the truth and the truth will set me free.

Hey! Don't look a me.
I, too, am amazed we've let the 'illegals' problem escalate to the point where it has become a security, as well as economic black hole.
If nominated (to fix it) I will not run. If elected I will not serve. Because I still maintain that to desire and seek high office today one needs to be either crooked or crazy or a combination of the two.
