I am a 19 year old female that has the same routine everyday for the past year or so. I get up every morning at about 3:30 for work and then two days a week I attend school. I work up to 8 hours a day and then I seem to go home and fall a sleep for a few hours. I have never done this before and it is really annoying. It seems like I can never get enough sleep. Lately I have been feeling kinda crappy and I have been having headaches. Thank you all!

hi, I usually keep a log when I have changes. Check your eating patterns it could be your body changing and it may be a food your eating. Also check your enviroment. Now that it is heating season buildings and houses are closed up and you may be breathing dusts , molds , or carbon monoxide. You may want to get a physical and blood test if you have not in a while. Check for cholesterol levels etc. hope you find out soon.

there could be so many reasons why you are tired, such as have you been stressed more than usual, are you eating properly, that kind of thing, but my biggest question would have to be... Is there any chance that you may be pregnant. If none of these things seem like the problem, you should see your doc as it could be something more serious

JUST SOUNDS LIKE YOUR TRYING TO BURN THE CANDLE AT BOTH ENDS AND NOW IT'S GETTING DARKER AND THE HOLIDAYS ARE COMING. YOU'LL BE FINE. TAKE A BREAK FOR YOURSELF AND DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR A CHANGE.

You could be depressed and not know it, go see a family doctor and ask them.
