Sure, imagination, but what about the truth? Parents don't want to tell children that Santa's fake any more than they want their kids to know about the crime rate in LA, or the true violence that exists withing communities, or homicidal maniacs like Jeffrey Dahmer.

It's lying to your kids is what it is.

I easily have 3 toddlers, i do no longer think I easily have set up a faux experience of fact by telling them that there is a Santa, Easter Bunny or Toothfairy. I grew up believing in each and every of the above, and when I found out that there became into no Santa, Easter Bunny or Toothfairy, I wasn't devastated, did no longer experience i became into lied to or did I easily have any experience of fake fact, nor do I now. That area of my adolescence is what brings maximum of my particular memories. My mum and dad enjoyed me dearly and worked annoying to make my adolescence particular. Myths are an element of fact, human beings memories are history and that i've got self belief they advance our lives and get our imaginations going.

Santa represents a Pagan drug culture .of the Laplanders drinking the urine of reindeer who had eaten the Amanita Muscara, this made them loose all feelings in the body and they thouaght they could fly ,many ended up in the chimney on the way to the roof .
Hence the flying reindeer and the guy coming down the chimney

the christmas tree was symbolic of a penis, a pagan phalic cult, worshipping the golden Penis of Horus .
Many pagan customs, rituals and holidays were blended with Christianity to make the transition from Paganism easier and more acceptable to the people.

Sure tell your Kids about Santa ,but tell them the truth ,dont lie to your kids or they will end up lying to you
this is a known fact

There is nothing wrong with letting children pretend. Authors write books of pretend (fiction) all the time and many people read them but won't let their children be children and pretend there is a Santa. There are those who won't let their children read Harry Potter because they are afraid their children will be affected by witchcraft.. The same parents read nursery rhymes of the cat and the fiddle and the cow jumping over the moon, could anything be more fictitious? When parents get afraid of pretend they themselves give fiction a false strength.

There is nothing wroing with it. Children love to think of the world as a magical place. Children often use thier own imagination to create other characters but Santa is nice traditional one to share. One day they will mature and realize the truth but the message of Santa can stay with them for life - the spirit of giving to others and spreading joy to children across the world.

Absolutely Right! Kids need imagination, fantasy, fictional stories with moral lessons, Santa, the North Pole, elves, wishes upon a star, hopes, dreams, ideas, creative energy!

Let children be children, let adults be aware of childlike ideas.

Tell them what they always figure it out. Some of the religious freaks are afraid that kids mix up Santa w/Jesus and worship Santa. To tell them what freaks they all are some of them say they were so disappointed to find out there was no Santa so they don't want their kids to believe in him. Probably the biggest let down in freaks life. I gotta go pray to Santa,my parents were the abusive type.I knew a religous family that had no santa and found out the kids secretly belived in santa amoung themselves, sad. bye-bye

There's nothing wrong about telling the kids about Santa but we should remember always that jesus is the One who was born on Christmas day. Santa should not be the main attraction during Christmas but our Lord Jesus Christ

I dont know. I was told santa wasnt real from the begining. I`m not sure about my kids - We decided not to do santa, but they hear about it at preschool and they see advertising everywhere. If they believe the magic then should`nt we let them while they can? I could use advise on this subject too!
