i'd say around 15 or 16.....that way you can drive at least. any younger and i think you're too immature.

I am 16 and i have never had a BF yet but all my other friends started dating at or before 14.

Don't know, don't really care, my daughter was allowed to start dating at 16 period. Since I was already on my own at 16 that was a pretty moot point for me. I was working three part time jobs, and finishing highschool didn't have TIME to date.

These days there isn't really a set age!!!! When I remember it was roughly about late high school years, now as young as primary school they are starting!!

I think its different in each person..but I would say 15-16...that seems appropiate...
