it would for me. if a city or town has more than like 20% negroids or beaners, I won't move there. I don't want them living next door to me! not only wouldn't i feel safe, but they would drive my property values down too! i'm sure some of you have taken these things into consideration, right?

It wouldn't really be a factor for me. However, I use to live next door to hispanics and they had big trucks and grundgy vans that they'd park on the street next to our house which made it look bad. I told a friend of mine about it and he said some hispanics by her have similar trucks and stuff that can be eye sores. They tend to do a lot of manual labor that requires rugged vehicals and room for all their friends who can't get drive since they're recent immigrants. If they were white or black or whoever, I just dont like those big ol dirty vans and trucks. Before I'd buy I'd make sure there were no eye sore vehicles

I personally like to live in a diverse area. However, you are entitled to feel the way you do, but I would suggest you move to a different country. The USA was founded on diversity. However, many other countries are not diverse like the US. I would say to look into moving there so you wouldn't have to deal with so much diversity.

Unless, of course you are like many Americans with mixed European ancestry (or any mixed ancestry), they won't like you very much in a purer country.

Good luck to you.

Sad. You posted in the wrong place.

Anyway, just for my 2 points worth, I don't care. I just care about the safety of the neighborhood, city or town. If there were gang fights all over the place, I'd find someplace else.

I wouldn't want to live in your neighborhood, that's for sure and no, my biggest problem was finding a house that was affordable and worth what I was paying for it.

I would never let the population makeup deter me from buying a home.
