Cardboard box w/ a hole cut out, paint, wax paper screen.

Use an empty cereal box and cut a fake screen in it. Or you can use a larger cardboard box and "frame" the hole to look like a tv screen. Inside you can either use silver fabric to "fake" the screen, or use the hole as a forum for the "scene" in the tv (either live props, pictures, or sketches.)

get a cardboard box. spray paint it black or brown. cut out the screen (if you need to) or paint it silver. just make it look as realistic as possible. coat hanger for rabbit ears if you want. good luck!

Use a carboard box you can cut out a square in the front of it and you can use hangers for the antenna.
