How about anywhere? What, do you think we have special flirting lounges here in Chicago? If you want to be a playboy and flirt with women, try it on the subway or the bus or in line at Starbucks, etc. If you can't find a girl to flirt with on the streets of Chicago and need a "specific location", you're pretty much a loser and your girlfriend is better off without you. BTW, what's your girlfriend's number? I'll chat her up and give her what she needs, because I'm guessing she isn't getting it from you.

i can tell whether a girl is flirting with me or not. i think it's by experience or what not but anyway, i'm a junior in high school. uh, let's see.. you can start by saying hi all to someone all the time and give him smiles.
whenever he looks at you, look back and smile. walk with him to class or what not, talk to him after class.
be OPEN to him because he wants to feel trusted. the more he feels trusted, the more he'll accept you.
also, be playful around him, guys like girls playing with them because i guess it makes them feel good about themselves.

to get the attention of a girl, aka flirt u have to know what she likes, do ur research. or if ur the lazy type just start talking to her and see how she reacts. be forward, let her know ur interested, but dont come on too strong. (she could freak out) be nice, sweet and understanding, but most imppportantly be yourself!

I think guys find it best if a girl is real with them. Talk to him, even if it is just small talk or casual conversation. Just let him now that you are there. He will most likely like you back if he sees you are more than just looks.

see guys like it if you appat your work, don't talk about yourself find out what he is into and talk to him about it be normal and no make up just be natual. After he says about 4 sentances then talk about your self and start off as friends. Well that's what i am into. And plz if you get him to like u and u want to dump him let him down easy it hurts man.
