I think you should be able to do about around 60 or 50 because I was 12 when I did 30 non stop. Imagine 15

upper 20's in Civil Air Patrol (but that has a really short time limit). But it also depends on weight & the fat to muscle ratio, which varies person to person. With no limits on time, you should break 40
