use a hot towel and moisten the area, and push against them, using the towel to clean it up. you must push hard enough until they are out, or else it's no use. if you need more help, use tweezers

they have this treatment where you wax your nose, and it makes the black heads do away. it really works. I got it at price choppe/r. pricey? oh yea! like 10 bucks for a few
