It would definatly depend on the kid. If you feel that he/she is then sure. But I think the question is how many kids and what ages are they?

Depends on how mature the 13 year old is but I'll be 13 next week and I watch over my little sister.Most 13 year old's are mature enough.

I'm 13 and I've been watching over my 2 younger brothers and younger sister for 3 years. For like a whole day.

Depends on how mature and how responsible they are.

yes 13 is mature enough to watch your younger siblings. All you need to know is the emergency phone numbers eg police ambulance and etc

how old is the younger child. i was staying home alone at 7 for 2 hours.

i think a thirteen year old could handle probably a 3 year old or older

I would really depend on the kid in question. My brother was babysitting me for hours at 10, but he was also beating the snot out of me and sexually abusing me at that age (I was only 6).

On the other hand, at 13, I was babysitting kids for several hours, and everything was fine.
