I have been painting kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets in my new house and I'm so sick of painting. I never want to see paint or a paint brush again lol Does anyone really truly enjoy painting? Do you? If so, why?

Actually, I do enjoy painting.
I find it very therapeutic.
It's relaxing and with the line of work that I do...it keeps my mind off of other things.
When I was younger and had two small children, and I rented, I used to paint the apartment every year. My landlady loved me!! haha.
I wish I had more time to do it.
In answer to your question, Yes. I enjoy it.
But, I suppose if you do it for a living...you probably hate it.

It's OK - it's nice to see a question that doesn't have the word "idiot" in it, for a change.. :)
I like to paint, my husband and I just fixed up a rental property to sell, so I am little burned out on it right now.
I like to see ugly walls looking pretty and clean again after that coat of primer and paint.
I know this sounds really weird, but I love it when I am painting two different colors, and I pull away the masking tape to reveal the two colors next to each other with no runs.

It kind of depends on the project at hand. I volunteered with Habitat for Humanity a few years back. Although I enjoyed painting, I have to say roofing was my favorite "building" experience. If I am helping a friend or family member and there are many of us, that is kind of fun, too. By myself? I'd probably lose interest before I was finished! :-)
So, if painting is part of helping a friend, a family member, or someone in the community who could use my help, then it's enjoyable. If it's just for me, alone, by myself... well then, I'd rather be doing anything else. :-)

I used to paint chairs and stuff but then i realized
"Hey this art looks like sh*t!"
It's still fun to do everyonce and a while but i am usually frusterated that it doesn't come out the way i picture it in my head.

I enjoy painting. It is calming to me, and it impress' others. I don't need/use tape to cut in and do trimwork : )
