Yes, that seems to be the case...secret societies have secrets to hide. God is truth and light.

As a member of the free Masons I understand your perception with this. The Masons are nothing more than a fraternal organization much like a fraternity in college. The contacts you make there can be and are used for gain the same as if you were a member of the exclusive local country club. Take a look at high level politics and see how many are members of the skull and bones.

Actually, you are misinformed. Not a single person in the government of my town is a Freemason. I know this because I am a Freemason and none of the members of my lodge are in city or county government. There's a couple of engineers, a man who owns the appliance store, a couple of guys who worked for the sanitation department, I'm a college professor, there's a psychologist, a security guard, and an Air Force military policeman. Not much "power" here. This is a typical American lodge. Masons do not run the world. They are men who want to meet together and help each other make their communities better places to live through volunteer service and caring.

Freemasonry is a Christin organization though much of it is secret. It is not necessarily wicked. They do much good charity work. People higher up do tend to have higher positions in the Masons but people off all positions are members. I had an uncle who was a Mason he was only a peasant very low at the very bottom. The only secret he was allowed to know was how much his next contribution would be. God bless kisses Betty.

Freemasonry is not a secret society anymore. It's quite open and I don't know anything wicked bout it. On what i remember, they are intellectuals who involve themselves in matters of business and philosophy. Maybe you have an impression from the Illuminati, which is supposedly long dead and actually was pretty wicked; elite officials used the Illuminati to control political affairs.

since masonic lodges are all over the world and in most communities, then it would make sense that a small community has a larger percentage of masons in the lodge. and since masons are men of high ideals it would also make sense that they are those who are important in the community, not the other way around.
there is no wickedness in masonry, there is more wickedness in those spreading misinformation and outright lies about an organization they know nothing about and even more wicked when religious persons are "judging others" and "bearing false witness" on fellow human beings.

Yeaha, funny you mentioned it... I was just talking about this with a relative the other day about small towns and cults. I don't think all small towns are involved in this stuff but it does raise questions.
Now days, seems like everyone is into satanic rituals and cults. Check out the link I ran into below regarding small towns and cults.

the fremasons make it part of their objective not to interfere/ intervene in political affairs , These people usually have such clout because they serve the community and hence forth the community respects them , a great deal of a freemason's free time is dedicated to charitable cause , and the majority of them are practising Christains in fact you have to believe in God to become one
