They don't feel them in the regular sense, i.e. squeezing them. They touch them with the back of the hand in various ways.
That's the US. I just came through Frankfurt, and after being searched by the security woman I thought we should be engaged; very invasive.

They dont technically feel your boobs they do the back of the hand test. If they grabbed them they could be in a lot of trouble since its a violation of some sort
