when i have a class with her sometimes she bursts out laughing when i pass by and i sit across the other side of the class and when the period is almost over she comes over and stands next to me with her friend. sometimes she starts talking to me in the middle of class asking me wierd and random things. the class i have with her is communications and we read speeches in front of the whole class and when im about to start talking her and all of her friends start calling my name and start waving at me. id like to get some advise on what i should do. please i need HELP!

Oh, adolescent fun! Just ask her if something's wrong or if she needs help, because maybe she really does have a mental illness or something. At least it sounds like it by the way she's acting...If she doesn't have a mental illness, she does not know how to flirt and neither do her friends! If you ask her if she needs help or if something's wrong she will realize what a weird way she is acting and she will maybe be a little more normal, and you'll really be able to tell if she likes you! Ask her if you can call her sometime. Act cool about it.
If she says no, then forget about it.
If she says yes, then call her that night. When you get older you'll want to wait until at least the next day to call someone, but when you see someone at school everyday it may be awkward because she's sitting there in class wondering why you haven't called...
When you call her, talk for a while about school, what teachers you think are funny looking, who picks their nose and eats it, etc. After a while, if the conversation is going well, which it will, ask her if she wants to meet you at the mall sometime.

Well there is some signs that the girl does like you. I would say the girl does have a crush on you. So you could probably write a note that says "hey i notice you alot and i was wondering do you like me in anyway?" And that's a cool attracting way. Or you could encourage her (talk to her) and maybe yall will get kinda close and one day she'll blurt it out that she likes you.

you know, i experienced the same thing . .. until now, hahaha . . . mayve you should talk to her . . . that's the best thing to do . .. and hey!... dont forget to smile!!!!.... that's the greatest asset . . . i think she likes you . . . so . . be proud . . . you dont have to feel nervous or somethin . . . follow your heart . . . tho not all cases must your heart be used. . . you're head still conquers everything . . .
