How and where can I help a felon find a job?

My x-boyfriend AKA babydaddy is in the army reserve in the medical field. He recently got charged with two felonies and needs to find a job asap inorder to help me with our two boys. If anyone knows of a company of individual who hires felons pls do not hesitate to respond. We stay in Dallas, Texas. Thank you for your help. God Bless you all!!!
