the easiest way that i've found...

get a sharp knife, or kitchen scissors work well. cut the skin around the waist, where he would wear a belt. once you cut all the way around, grab each side and pull in opposite directions, like you are opeing a bag or something. keep pulling until the skin is at the head and arms, and tail and legs. cut off the hands, feet, tail, and neck and you're ready to go.
