Low self esteem,
Depresion
and the feeling of being in control of only that area in your life?

I have read a bit about both diseases and find that the similarities are pretty interseting.

What do you think??

Not everyone who is obese has an eating disorder. Not everyone who is very thin has one either.
But yes, there are similarities, and eating disorders manifest differently in different people. There are "normal" weight people with eating disorders too, but it doesn't show on the outside the way it does on a very skinny or very fat person.
I like the fact that you are not judging either one and showing some curiosity if not compassion.

Obesity can be from depression but believe it or not all fat people eat like you think they do self indulgance .. they actually starve themselves...they want to lose weight

But the other I blame on the stigmata of skinny or how you should look now and days its so bad that people are actually believe they should be a size 1 and yet some of there bodys shouldn't be that way

Yes in less extreme cases but hyper obesity is caused by a genetic disorder were nerve resepters in the body that detect if you have enough body fat and also constrol metabalism malfunction and constatly tell your brain your starving and that you need to eat. Where anorexia is a mental disorder.

anorexia is a mental diesease in which you see yourself as large, so thats very different from someone who eats compulsively, but you do have fair point there.
