I have Int. Expl 7.0 and when I try getting on I get this message saying the program is not responding. I have to send a report and close out and start over again in a few minutes. Why is this happening so much?

I have seen many complaints about IE7. Unless you get this message every single time, at different times of day, it just may be that it is a busy time of day. I have found early morning and late at night to be pretty good, afternoons are sometimes slow, holidays and weekends forget it. Like the mall!
