He likes me and asked me out. I like him only im not allowed to date. If i did it secretly then my mom would find out because mrs. w (my friends mom) would hear about it and tell my mom.

Ask if he is going to the same school your going. Maybe you could go to a boarding school and date him there. Or just tell him to wait and that you do like him.

tell him this happened you could sneek out but you never know your parents could know maybe he will understand and try asking your parents one more time and if not if they could at least meet him and then decide and say 1000 pleases or you could just wait maybe he will understand
