There are two facets to life when in crisis. Either the crisis relate to the physical manifested world or directly to the world of God.

Any crisis related to the physical manifested world must be referred to elders in the family who can be relied upon. This is the only means of getting a solution to the problem.

In case of tragedies and calamities like the sudden death of someone in the family... it is only faith in God that helps. We may be religious or not, we may believe in God or not, the absolute faith in a mighty power much about the capture of human beings is a must.

It is only God that helps us in such a situation. Normally prayers are the only medium. And the best part of all... every crisis tells us who our best friends are!

For it is only the best friends who really help us in need! Every crisis makes us distinguish between truths and false. It makes us separate out the world of make-believe from those who truly help us from their heart. Such people are the ones who can always be trusted. In rare cases even juniors in the family sometimes provide much needed solace.

In matters religious and spiritual we have Pastors and fathers in the churches to help us. In every religion we have religious heads who can guide us in the matter... the question remains who to trust?

In families we have our parents, friends and guides who become our lampposts in the dark moments of life. More here- http://www.godrealized.com/faith.html

In a time of crisis you should be able to lean on a boyfriend girlfriend close friend or a relative you trust and talk to, but if you really need someone to talk to I have an ear open to hear your problem. (keneice16@yahoo.com)

Myself and whoever I consider to be able to assist in the crisis. So if the crisis involved a family member getting very sick I'd lean on a doctor.

I have a few close friends that I can talk to. But when I really need to lean on someone I go to God. He is the only constant in my life. May God Bless

Unfortunately, I have found that if I do not dig myself out of the mess, no one does it for me...regardless of how many prayers I may utter, it is me, in the end, that has to save my own butt. Sad truth of life. Crisis seems to make the weak weaker, and the strong stronger. I opt to be the strong one, for I have learned that otherwise, I fail.

I turn to GOD , and my family. I think we all need a strong support system around us. Seek your freinds , family , or depending on the crisis, contact a professional.

Question: do you have to lean in the first place? Do you know yourself well enough to decide if you need to lean? Are you an extrovert, or introvert?

Do the tests to know yourself.

My God and...
My husband, and my family, and my friends, and perfect strangers that are clearly smarter than me on the subject of the crisis.
