I like her and am more than ready to committ. I'm not sure she feels the same but whenever I ask her out she agrees and we have a great time ( yes sexually too) I want to get her something nice for Christmas. I'm not rich and don't want to spend more than $200.

You can't go wrong with perfume. Just be sure you get a decently priced bottle, and nothing made by any celebrities (this just seems cheap).
Perfume, Roses and perhaps a nice pair of earrings or a bracelet?

Slow down man! $200 is TOO much to be spending on someone you haven't even been with that long! What does she like? Buy her a new edition hard back book, a journal, do an 'adoption' of a zoo animal in her name, get her a coffee of the month membership for six months...whatever, but make it light!
