She needs to go to a vet. Worst case scenario she has one of those bones stuck in her GI tract. As long as she is able to get up and down and is still interested in water you should be able to wait until the morning, but i would take her fist thing. If she starts to seem really pain full, increased vomiting, blood in any stool or vomit I would take her to an Emergency facility if one exists where you are. If you are at all worried and there is one available I would call them and see what they say. They can help you better b/c they can ask questions and get answers right away vs me on here. Either way I would def take her in ASAP in the am. Good luck and I hope she feels better soon.

Well you should be worried everynight that she lives. And I think the bones might of did it. but im sure she will be fine until tomorrow morning after you take her to the vet okay? I know it can be a lot of stress. Just stay calm and wait until morning and see what the vet can do. Im really truely sorry about what problems your dog is having. But the vet will know. Good Luck

Have you found out anything? My dog is doing the same thing only I didn't know he had gotten bones in with the turkey I gave him until I ate a sandwich myself. That was over a week ago and he just now started the bloody stool and straining. Post your vet's answer. I am taking my buddy in today for xrays and will try to let you know what happens.

TAKE HER RIGHT NOW!!! I am not kidding. This could be really serious. If only I could see the dog. If your vet is closed take her to the emergancy vet hospital. It could be very bad, and I don't want anything to happen to her. She vomitted that much?!?!?! Unless I am mistaking this for something else this might be very bad! Oh my gosh, I just realized if those were cooked bones that is even worse! Get her there NOW! Big bad thing, not good. May cause internal bleeding and damage!

Did you mean your mother-in-law gave your dog turkey bones??? OH MY GOD>>>>> I hope not!!!! Don't ever give any dog poultry bones!!!! I won't even try to say what may be wrong with your done since I feel you have had enough time and you should already have a diagnosis from your vet. Will you please let me know what your vet said? I sure hope there is nothing serious with your dog. Post your vets diagnosis here and I will check back. Thanks. I'm praying for your dog!!!!

Since it was Thanksgiving, I am going to figure that it was Turkey bones. Bird bones are bad for dogs for the simple reason that they can shatter when the dog chews them then they can cut up the insides. Not to scare you! The vet will be better at telling you what is wrong with your baby hopefully your dog is just a little sick.

canines balls...the domestic dog's self-worth? Ha! The rattling issues are plastic and the animal receives no take advantage of having them in his scrotum. The vet offered you a bill of things so he might want to learn on your lack of recognize-how. And if it change into your idea to have them implanted he must have tried to dissuade you. canines (exceedingly doggies) haven't any inkling of what occurred in the vet's workplace except he fell asleep and has some discomfort down through his penis. yet he does experience a lot less aggressive and now the mutt for the time of the line doesn't seem a lot of a gamble to him. bypass to him and function the canines dealt with for the inflammation and swelling, in case you nonetheless believe him. sturdy success J

Bones were a bad idea. They scratch up (and possibly tear up) the dogs colon and intestines. Your dog can possibly be very sick. You should be very, very worried overnight. i would suggest that you keep a very close eye on her all night and take her to the vet first thing tomorrow morning.

Thanksgiving was 6 days ago.

A visit to the vet is in order.

Don't ask for a diagnosis from Y.A., you may kill the dog via the nitwits.

you didn't say whether she couldn't move her bowells or urineate. she might have an obstruction in her intestines from the bones(bad for dogs) or maybe a kidney or bladder infection. she sure needs attention. there are places you can take her after hours, call you vets office they usually will have an emergency number to call. hope she gets better.
