The differences you've noted are probably just how people from different areas pronounce the words.

Example: In Dallas, men have "bidness meetin's" instead of "business meetings". Just the way people say them.

As for me personally, depends on how lazy my speech is at the time. Sometimes I say inTER net.. sometimes it's inner-net.
