please help..im 19 yrs old, and i weigh 200lbs, need to lose weight fast.thanks.

im 19 yrs old, i wana lose at least 50 lbs before 3rd week of march, curretly im living in the philippines but by march im going to US that's why i wanna get thin before i go there. need some serious advice here thanks.

Start out by walking 1-2 miles a day. Cut out all junk food. Eat only Raw foods (Fresh, not processed foods) No fries (Unless baked in the oven. Follow serving sizes on foods. Stick to low-fat, but not necessarily fat-free. You need at least 20% fat per day in your diet. Remember that losing weight and keeping it off means lifetime changes, not just temporary.

Don't eat so much. Stop fooling yourself and others about how much you really eat. The truth is you would have to starve yourself and still likely wouldn't lost that much weight in that short a time and if you did it wouldn't be healthy. So start now.

There is no best way to lose 60 pounds in 3 months. Thats very unhealthy. Re-adjust your weight loss goals to something more realistic honey.
