What gives you the impression that it's a "fetish"? It could be he just likes the way your booty looks in jeans. He could also just like smoking in general.
Fetishes are pretty intense attractions. Sometimes they just make no sense at all. I once dated a guy with a serious foot fetish, he would get all excited if I wore sandals and he'd always comment on my toenail polish. I drew the line when he asked if he could dip my toes in nacho cheese and lick it off! I'M SERIOUS!!! THAT'S A FETISH.
If his thinking you look good in jeans and being okay with your smoking habit is a problem for you, then you should let the relationship go. But why would you have a problem with these things?

It won't be a problem: if he has it, he's had it till now... so that knowledge won't change what you feel for him, but could help you make him feel better by acting accord to his tastes.
And if you make clear that your feelings won't change no matter the answer, you could ask directly without making him feel embarrased.
Don't dump him for that, not worth it.
