Its not true that if you play basketball/volleyball you grow taller. Its just a superstition.

I'm pretty sure that there is no way to make you taller naturally. Its all genes but youre just 13, you should still grow.

thats bullsh!t nothing can make you taller. your genetics dictate your height. your genes have a height that you cannot pass no matter what. they have drugs now in some asian countries that if you start taking them before adolesence you will have a better chance of reaching that set height. but once you hit adolesence there is no way to stretch yourself out. there are also envioronmental factors to your height such as drug consumption durning and before adolesence calsium durng and before and a few other small things. health problems can also stunt growth.

there is one precedure that they can do to make you taller but it is a bad idea

they break your shins and then pull them apart about 3 cm set them and let them heal and you grow about 3cm (you have to take calcium suppliments and stuf to heal properly tho) and they do it again and again. but each time you break a bone the spot it heals in becomes more brittle and it kills some of the marrow in that immidiate area and it takes alil bit to grow back. so doing that will make you fragile and quite possibly lower your red cell count.

i have a friend who plays vollyball and has for years and she is very very short so that is wrong!!!!!

Height is genetic. You can't really do any stretches to make you grow, but you can eat healthy foods to help facilitate your growth.

You are only 13. You haven't even hit your major growth spurt, which will occur (if your male, around 16; if your female, around 14) soon.

You'll get taller soon. Don't even worry about it.

your meant to be the height that you are supposed to become. Stretches won't affect that. Height is determined in your genes. I am 28 yrs old and I am only 5'1 and a half! Life can still be great -even if you aren't tall!

I really don't think there's any way to actually make yourself taller by natural means. You could improve your posture, though, which might make you appear taller.

well if you were 17 that would be another story...but drink lots of milk, calcium helps but your genetics will determine how tall you get in the long run...

No there is nothing you can do. Your parents picked out your height the day you were concieved.
