Through the door. I've been in plenty of four walled rooms with no windows, I go in and out of the door.

ohhh!!! You move to the side where u are not infront of a mirror that way the mirrors reflection will reflect the wall and it will appear that noone is there.

look in the mirror and see yourself. Take what you SAW and cut the mirror in half. Two halfs make a whole (hole). Crawl out the hole.
