no man if anything slow down your going to wear yourself out, you might want to incorperate running into yourwork to hep with the toneness of your body and also breathing as well and then you could possible stop doing leg lifts becasue running is a good substitute

How about 200 push-ups? you might wan to increase the no. of push ups gradually, mayb starting from 50.

if u really want 2 do more try push ups or bench pressing (something 4 ur upper body/biceps)
