I'm moving to Harlem - what great places in NYC should I go to?

I've been in and around NYC all my life, but have never been there for more than a few days visit. Looking for the best hidden jewels of living in New York. Uptown and Harlem areas especially!

While not too particularly hidden...

Uptown: the cloisters
Midtown - Bryant Park / International Center of Photography
Downtown - West side highway to the Marina at the WTC and then down through Robert Wagner Park (North West of Battery Park)
