i'm pretty sure you can't get that kind of information online:

the phone number and ID number of your dog should be on the tag that the vet gave you... if you call there, you should be able to get another copy of the original paper.

my dog had a little blue tag that says the veterinary hospital, the location, and the phone number and also his ID number

hope that helps!

If you ordered the shot online they should have sent you a rabies tag with it, are you sure it wasn't just a 5 or 7 in 1 shot, because usually a vet has to give the rabies shot, everything else you can by online or at your local feed and seed store. You always get a rabies tag with a rabies vaccination. You should probably go ahead and have your vet check your dog out and give him a shot just in case. Hope this was helpful.

Rabies is the one shot that MUST be given by a vet. The vet that gave the shot will have records of the shot. In the past tho' I have found it a lot less hassle to just get another shot.

Ask your vet for a duplicate copy. They have to keep records of all rabies shots.

In my state the rabies vaccine can only be given by a licensed vet.

Well if you got it at the vet then they will have a copy. Other than that i don't know. Just call the place you took the dog to and ask them.

No, but if you call the vet where the shots were given they should be able to give you a copy.

Your vet that gave the shot should be able to give you another copy or at least write a letter that he/she gave the shot, be sure it has their letterhead and contact info.

I'm sure that if you ask your vet, he can give you the papers and a special dog plate that gives everyone who looks proof.
