I have medium brown hair and I used loreal hilight styliste creamy caramel to acheive some highlights but it turned brassy. I then tried a tone refiner on it with no luck. It still looks orange and brassy. Can I use a hair color remover, like loreal colorzap, to remove the highlights and redye it to match my natural hair color? Please help!!

Thanks for the advice. I tried the demipermanet hair color with not much luck. It still looks brassy just a darker shade. Guess I will live with it till i can get to a salon. I have very longgg hair so it will cost me a fortune to get it fixed. My hair is very healthy so atleast it doesnt looked fried. I never use products on it (till now) nor do I curl or straighten it. I was blessed with great hair till I made a color screw up, lol. I'll leave it to a Pro.......
