I have recently got to where when i read for more than 30 minutes or so, or i am on the computer or watch tv for more than an hour or so, i begin to get major headaches. The headaches seem to get worse the more i read or watch tv/comp. I have noticed it is harder for me to focus my eyes on things, but is this caused from eye strain, and do i need glasses?????

from the way you described your symptoms it sounds to me like you may need glasses
when i first started wearing glasses i was getting headaches from squinting my eyes to be able to see
at this point the best advice i can give you is to see your eye doctor immediately so the symptoms don't get worse and you end up wearing coke bottles

What is your age? The older I get the more the Computer and TV strain my eyes. If in doubt get your eyes checked.

None of us will be able to answer you unless you go see an eye doctor. It could be just strain from the activites you mentioned. See a doctor.

Make an appointment with your eye doctor and find out. You should have an exam every year or two anyways.

Consult a physician to determine that your headaches are not related to a more serious condition. Your physician can recommend an optometrist if he/she believes you need glasses.

go to an eye doctor and have your eyes check... maybe it's just astigmatism or just your eyes get strained...
