I told this 17 year old girl I was doing that I loved her in the heat of the moment. She would smoke my weed and then get into sex. Now she got herself pregnant, probably wanting to believe I was into her.
How do I avoid child support? Can I move and just work a cash job under the table? I'm 42, I can't pay out for the next 20 years. I offered to give her abortion money, she said no. So in my mind I owe nothing. It is her "choice." Let her pay. She is hot, but will probably gain weight after having a kid, and may try and get herself pregnant again, so I don't want her around. Plus she doesn't give B.J.'s.
Is there a site to help me skip on this whole support B.S.?

I believe it takes two to tango and if you are 42 you are sleeping with some one under age which you may not be just wanting to run from Child Support but also Child Rape.
If you have enough money to pay for an abortion you should have enough money to buy condoms and be careful with what you are doing!
By the way I have had 3 kids and I am smaller (103 lbs) before I had any of my kids. Just because a woman has a baby doesnt mean she is fat. She would be better off if you would run off if you are going to have that attitude about the mother of your child!
What would you do if she had a girl and one day that girl in is the same exact place she is at? What would you want the guy to do???

Second, she did not get herself pregnant. Last I checked when you have sex with someone that means that your penis was involved with her vagina. Therefore you are fifty percent responsible. You misled this girl into believing that you loved her. You are dating a girl who is young enough to be your daughter and in some states you could probably be prosecuted for statutory rape.
The fact that this girl still wants to have the baby despite being pregnant with the child of a selfish prick shows she has morals. You cannot avoid child support. It is your obligation to help provide for YOUR child. And so what if she does gain weight due to the pregnancy? How hot do you think you are at age 42??? I can't even believe that she would even give someone like you the time of day to begin with.
I hope she nails you to the wall. If I could get in touch with her I would tell her every avenue to take to make sure she gets as much as possible out of you. I have been through this BS with a jerk who felt like I should have just had an abortion. He walked out on me when I was pregnant. I think people like you should all be castrated. He ended up having sex with another girl and she got pregnant like I did...so much for him learning his lesson. I bet your just as intelligent.

Sorry once she has the child and the paternity is proven that the baby is yours you will pay probably by court order until the child is 18 and if the child goes to college you are then responsible for that amount also. If you get into arrears and are proven not to be paying eventhough the court has told you to you will go to jail. Good Luck! Be responsible and Be a Man!
