If you do not have a diagnosis for this set of symptoms, I would ask for a neurology referral from your regular doctor and have this looked into. These alone or together may mean something or nothing at all. Google the term Tourette Syndrome and see what that may say for you. But seriously, I would get a referral and have a doctor make and diagnosis(es) there may or may not be.

Good luck and take care-

Sounds a little bit like a child with poor socialization development. or a kid with not enough exposure to other kids his age, or maybe mild autism.

All of these can be treatable in an environment where children have extra contact with sensitive caregivers and encouraging children to express themsevles and acceptable socializing is emphasized with alot of emphasis on play and seemingly unstructured "fun" activities that put them in situations where verbalization is encouraged - Singing songs together etc.

It sounds like mild autism. Please have the child checked out by a Dr. The sooner autism is treated, the less severe it is.
