Well first tell your lawyer to get the judge to order supervised visitation rights, that when a person is ther when your husband see your daughter. Make sure to tell the lawyer to express concerns to the judge about how dangerous he is. But with that if your husband wants to see her there is always someone there to make sure yur daughter isn't hurt. ALSO if you are divorced from him, make a will stating who keeps the child in case something happens to you. Because if you don't the state will grant sole possesion of your daughter to your husband because he is the father. Get all these now and don't worry now or in the future.

Contact your local domestic violence organization. Some places have somewhere set-up specifically for third party visitations.
